Describe your favorite memory of working with a client.
I was contacted by a gentleman who wanted to rent his home because he didn’t think he could sell it for what he owned on it. I ended up doing a market analysis and felt I could sell his home for substantially more than he owned. After helping him prep the home and and getting professional photos taken, the home sold for list price within just 3 days on the market. My client was thrilled and he was able relocate to CA for a new job.
What is the one tip you have for someone looking to buy or sell a home today?
Use an experienced agent and get educated. Ask your agent lots of questions and understand the process.
