Ted Grammatico is a third generation builder. Following closely in the footsteps of his father Joseph Grammatico, he started developing homes at an early age. In 1992 Ted founded Gemstone Homes. Gemstone homes quickly took off in the Ann Arbor area offering affordable custom homes.
Ted has extensive experience in all phases of construction and has supervised and managed over $40 million in real estate projects in the last few years. While making a name for himself as a builder, Ted decided becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent & Broker was the next step in expanding the services of Grammatico Real Estate. Not only can Ted design, build, and customize your special home, he can sell your old one. He specializes in working with investors to provide a full service of real estate, from acquiring to liquidating properties.
